Patient Escort Criteria

• Recipient is under 18 years of age
• Elderly and feeble
• Developmentally disabled
• Confined to a wheelchair
• Suffering from an uncontrolled seizure
• Physically handicapped
• Blind
• Pregnant minor traveling to await delivery
• Post surgical and physician recommends escort
• Cognitively impaired
• Other medically supported reason.
